When you create a chatbot agent in Gtwy, configuration is where you control how it looks and behaves for your users.
The Chatbot Configuration panel allows you to customize:
Appearance
Layout
Positioning

Preview before going live
Let’s break it down.
1️⃣ Display Settings
This section controls how your chatbot appears on your website or app.
Chatbot Title
This is the main heading shown at the top of the chatbot window.
Example:
“AI Assistant”
“Support Bot”
“Gtwy Help Desk”
Chatbot Subtitle
A short description under the title.
Example:
“Ask me anything”
“We’re here to help”
This sets the tone for users before they start chatting.
2️⃣ Size Controls (Height & Width)
You can adjust:
Height (%)
Width (%)
This allows you to control how much screen space the chatbot occupies.
For example:
100% height = full vertical space
50% width = half of the screen width
This helps you optimize for desktop or mobile experiences.
3️⃣ Position Options
You can decide how the chatbot appears:
All Available Space
Left Slider
Right Slider
Pop Over
Popup
Each option changes how the chatbot enters the screen.
For example:
Popup opens as a floating window.
Left/Right slider slides in from the side.
Pop over appears over existing content.
Choose based on your product layout.

Button Title
Text shown on the chat button.
